Tasmanian Gummy is a versatile, all-round fish that has a medium fish taste and no bones. This fish is great to freeze, and it is also extremely versatile. To cook, we recommend fish fry, crumb, pan, grill steam, oven bake or grill on the barbecue. Anthony’s, Matt’s, Jacob’s and Craig’s favourite. 

Saw shark offers a mild taste and stays tight when cooked. This fish contains no bones and is fine in texture, perfect crumbed or battered. We recommend eating saw shark when fresh (does not freeze well). 

Elephant is a fish containing no bones that is firm in texture. This fish, which is medium in fish taste, is great in curries, oven-baked, steamed or it can be made into fish cakes. We run this fish most of the time in our fish packs – Esther’s and Nicola’s favourite fish.

Thrasher is sold in steak form as it holds together, and cooks like tuna. It contains no bones and is strong in fish taste. We recommend oven bake, grill or mornay.

Mako is a fish that contains no bones and is strong in fish flavour. Because it’s firm in texture, mako is good for grilling and barbecuing. 

7 Gill is a soft fish, mild in taste, which is perfect for introducing children to fish. We recommend that you cook, stir fry, steam or crumb.

Bore fish may have small bones and is generally strong in flavour. This fish should be simply made; we recommend pan fry with flour, salt and pepper. This is Judy’s favourite fish.

Pink ling is a deep sea fish and has the strongest flavour of fish. This fish is generally nice in curries, grilled or oven baked.
